Pizza Hut, Le Mars IA Complaint

I get all places get behind, but I was told the wait would be an additional 15 in addition to the 10 minutes behind the time it was to be done. I waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot (they had a drive through) and no one even came to tell me when it was ready. When I finally went to go back all I was offered was a free pop that woulda taken me 5mins to pick up at the store, as opposed to a $20 credit on my next order which I have gotten in the past.
